Prior to his current role, Wayne served as Director of Development and Strategic Planning, as well as Director of Admissions and Financial Aid—a position he continues to hold. In these roles, he helped shape the enrollment strategy, financial aid model, and student experience, ensuring alignment with the University’s educational values and small-scale, mission-driven model.

Wayne holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BS in Economics and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis. Before coming to 91香蕉视频, he worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
